It can be plant -exclusive but equally can be plant-predominant.
A plant-based diet reduces inflammation and balances pH of your gorgeous body with whole foods, fruits, and veggies. I encourage you to reduce or, better yet, eliminate all animal products, refined sugars and processed crap. By decreasing the amount of these acidic foods you eat, you give your body the chance to heal and repair naturally!

By increasing the amount of plant foods you eat it also allows your magnificent body to recover from the constant stress and inflammation created by the Standard American Diet (aptly abbreviated as SAD) and lifestyle.
