Join me for a forgiveness exercise for you to use as a tool to help you forgive. Visualizing them in the past and future helps us to sit in the now and look them eyes to eye to forgive. Forgiveness is not for that person but really a gift we give to ourselves. Take your power back and let go of the anger, fear and resentment. Repeat as often as needed.
