By becoming more aware, we better understand ourselves and then can align our selves physically, mentally and spiritually so we can enjoy greater well-being, love, joy, and goodness in our lives.
Ayurveda is NOT a one size fits all approach. Instead health related issues are based on a individuals mind/body type (dosha) and the needs that derive from it. Ayurveda is holistic and based on the laws of nature, showing us how connected we are with the universe.
